Dwell on these things.

Dwell = live in or at a specified place

What mental place are you living in?

Luke 6:45b, Out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.

You will reduce the environment around you, to match the environment within you.

Romans 12:2 (AMPC), Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Fasting is getting rid of something that gets your flesh’s attention.

Why fast?

To declutter your soul, clear your mind, and hear God’s truth about your life.

C.S. Lewis said, “We have to be continually reminded of what we believe. Neither this belief nor any other will automatically remain alive in the mind. It must be fed.”

2. Full of Faith 

Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

We can have faith, because God is faithful.

Ephesians 6:16, “Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.”
