Working on the creative team and communications team to provide creative innovation that helps to communicate the gospel and supports the vision of City First Church through social media promotions.

General Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Design high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media, campaigns, and promotions
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and ministries
- Translate sermon series, events, and initiatives into engaging visual content
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, promos)
Copywriting & Messaging
- Write compelling, platform-specific captions and calls to action
- Develop messaging that aligns with City First Church’s voice and values
- Support campaign copy for events, sermon series, and key initiatives
Social Media Strategy & Management

- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram & Facebook for:
- @cityfirstchurch
- @cityfirstchurchspringcreek
- @originalconference
- Collaborate on content calendars and campaign rollouts
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community

Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
- Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for the mission of the local church
