Too Rich to Refuse

Are you ready to let go of your old life and experience a new life in Jesus? Trading our broken lives for God’s grace, purpose, forgiveness, and eternity in heaven is the best decision possible!

Notes 📓✏️:

“If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since He did not spare even His own Son but gave Him up for us all, won’t He also give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for His own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with Himself. Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and He is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.

Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean He no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?… No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:31-39 (NIV)

“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.”
Matthew 13:44 (ESV)

God’s people in God’s place under God’s rule.

To live in God’s Kingdom means allowing His authority and commandments to shape your life right where you are.

“You are not the boss of me!”

Living with God in charge of your life is worth giving up your existing life.

“I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done. Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ.”
Philippians 3:7-8 (NLT)

It is too rich of an offer to refuse!

“Taste and see that the LORD is good.”
Psalm 34:8 (NIV)

“Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.”

“Jesus, You are in charge. Forgive me for my sin and shortcomings. I want to live Your kind of life.”

You want it.

“For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom.”
Luke 12:32 (NLT)

You must want it, and God gives it.

Spiritual blindness is seeing Jesus without seeing Jesus.

He is worthy of our surrender.

The man in the field = Jesus

The field = The World

The treasure = Us

Jesus was willing to give up heaven to come into this world for us!

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son [Jesus], so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.”
John 3:16 (NLT)
