Thrive Conference, hosted by City First Church, unites over 1,000 youth and young adults each year—from middle school students to young adults ages 18–30. Our mission is to equip young people to live life abundantly through Jesus Christ. Thrive is about more than just surviving—it’s about flourishing, growing vigorously, and experiencing life in all its fullness. Through intentional worship, inspiring messages from world-renowned speakers, creative elements, live music, interactive experiences, and meaningful fellowship, Thrive aims to spark a movement that transforms hearts and lives.

Yes! Our Thrive Team would love to bring a Thrive Night to your ministry or youth group, completely free of charge. Email thrive@cityfirst.church to schedule a date and provide your students with an unforgettable experience.

Meals and refreshments will be available on campus Friday and Saturday, allowing you to remain fully engaged throughout the weekend.

Early registration is highly recommended. Thrive Conference fills quickly, and securing your spot ensures you get the full experience—because Thrive simply isn’t the same without you!

Thrive 2025 is projected to welcome between 1,000–1,500 students and young adults.

If you are new, we encourage attending a few services beforehand to get to know our community. Pastors and youth leaders bringing groups can schedule a call with our Conference Leader to understand the heart, vision, and logistics of Thrive and to have any questions answered.

Yes. A trained medical team will be present to provide basic first aid and care as needed throughout the conference.

Certain meals are included with registration. Additional snacks and beverages—including coffee, water, soda, granola bars, and candy—will be available at concession areas and through Stuarts Coffee Co.

Messages are based on the NIV, NLT, or Message Bible translations and run approximately 35 minutes. They are designed to be engaging, relatable, and creative—blending humor, practical insight, and inspiration to connect with every attendee.

Yes. All Thrive events—including services, workshops, and social activities—take place on church grounds. Students may only leave with a parent or designated leader, and attendees are encouraged to remain on campus for the entirety of the conference.

Thrive maintains at least 1 adult leader per 10 students. All adult volunteers are verified members of City First Church and have completed state-mandated background checks. The conference features over 100 staff and volunteers committed to creating a safe, intentional, and transformative environment.
