The pressures and problems of life can cause anxiety and panic, but God has given us victory over anxiety. This week Jeremy Deweerdt talked about 4 key components to overcoming anxiety. Through worship, prayer, petition, and thanksgiving God will begin to lift the anxiety off your life. These things will require repetition each day, drawing near to God, speaking truth over your life, and showing gratitude amongst the situation. Remind yourself you’re not crazy, you’re not alone, things will change, and this is not the end.
